Production Christmas Casual:

Posie is looking for a Christmas Casual to join us 2 days per week in production, with potential to grow and become ongoing casual employment in our new warehouse HQ located Currumbin Waters, Queensland.

In this role you will be working closely with our production team, assisting in packing Posie candles and home fragrance products with a high level of quality, aesthetic care and attention to detail.

Job Responsibilities:

• Packing candles and home fragrance products for wholesale and online orders
• Stock handling - requires lifting 15-20kg boxes
• Booking wholesale orders for dispatch
• Online order fulfilment (Shopify and Starshippit)
• Customer service enquiries
• General housekeeping and maintaining cleanliness in warehouse
• Must be able to stand for 7-8 hours a day

Desired Skills:

• Previous experience in a warehouse and production environment preferred (not essential)
• High attention to detail
• Excellent time management skills
• Work in a friendly, collaborative manner and communicate effectively
• Practical and strong problem solving skills
• Ability to work in a hands-on fast paced environment
• Ability to take direction, follow procedures and adhere to processes
• Ability to work independently
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Self motivated and show initiative
