Shipping Options


Flat Rate Shipping $10 - Sendle

We partner with Sendle for Flat Rate Shipping. All parcels are shipped via Courier's Please or Aramex and require 'Signature on Delivery'. Please ensure someone is available to receive and sign for your parcel.

If you require 'Authority to Leave' please make note against your order at the check out and ensure your address is secure and safe for the parcel to be left. Posie is not responsible for any lost or stolen parcels given Authority to Leave.

Standard Shipping $15 - Australia Post 

PO Boxes and Parcel Collect require shipping via Australia Post. We recommend choosing Australia Post for customers located in Western Australia and regional areas, if your delivery address is hard for a courier to access in a unit or gated complex, or you won't be home to sign for your parcel. Standard Shipping can take up to to 2-13 business days depending on your location. Please view the most up to date estimated shipping lead times via Australia Post here.

Express Shipping $20 - Australia Post

Express Shipping via Australia Posit can take up to 2-4 business days from Posie's HQ located in regional Northern New South Wales. Express Shipping is not guaranteed next business day. Please view the most up to date estimated shipping lead times via Australia Post here.


International Shipping

We ship to a number of countries around the world. A shipping quote will be generated upon checkout. If your country does not appear with a shipping quote, please email us at hello@weareposie.com.au along with the order you would like to place and we will find the cheapest shipping quote for you. 

Tracking and Delivery

Upon placing your order you will receive an Order Confirmation email from Posie. Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse you will receive a separate email including all tracking information to follow all delivery updates, lead time and estimated time of arrival. 

We encourage keeping an eye over tracking information to follow for all delivery updates. Delayed, lost, stolen or damaged parcels are to be raised by the customer directly with Sendle or Australia Post.

If delivery is unsuccessful:

Sendle the courier will leave a redelivery card with instructions to organise redelivery. Alternatively you can also organise redelivery directly via your tracking information link on Sendle's dashboard. If redelivery hasn't been organised within the required time, your order will be Returned to Sender. Posie is under no obligation to provide a refund or absorb any redelivery costs if your parcel is Returned to Sender. Upon receiving your returned parcel we will require an additional delivery cost for redelivery.

Australia Post the driver will leave a collection card and your parcel will be taken to your nearest Post Office for collection. 

Posie takes no responsibility for any incorrect or insufficient shipping address details supplied on purchase resulting in lost or missing parcels.

 

Returns

Returns are only applicable on purchases made directly through Posie's online store. Please email hello@weareposie.com.au with proof of purchase within 7 days from receiving your parcel. We will exchange/refund less shipping costs, only if products are unused and in the same condition they were sent/received. Please note we are not responsible for any damage in transit of returned goods and recommend returning your items via registered post. We do not accept returns on any products purchased on sale.
