COVID-19 Shipping Update

A little update for our customers to let you know our online store is operating as per usual, and we are dispatching your online orders within our standard 1-5 business day lead time.

Majority of orders are dispatched via Sendle using Couriers Please or Fastway Couriers services, and Australia Post for all PO boxes, Parcel Lockers, local and rural delivery addresses.

Couriers and Australia Post are currently experiencing slight delays due to COVID-19 and the high volume of traffic. Please keep an eye on your tracking information to stay up to date with the delivery of your parcel. If you haven't received a shipping confirmation email, please double check your junk mail. 

All orders via Sendle are automatically 'Authority to Leave' for safety reasons, Signature on Delivery is currently not available through their service in this time. Australia Post will require collection from your nearest Australia Post shop.
